Courii is a Kenyan on-demand delivery and shopping platform. You can order from local shops, restaurants and pharmacies with Shop & Deliver, or send almost anything from one place to another with Pickup & Deliver. Our riders handle the trip so you don't have to.
Courii currently delivers across Nairobi and its surrounding areas. Enter your delivery address in the app or on the website to see the shops near you and get a delivery quote for your location.
With Shop & Deliver you can order food, groceries, pharmacy items, electronics, flowers, gifts and more from shops on Courii. With Pickup & Deliver we can collect a parcel, document or package from any address and drop it off wherever you need it. We cannot deliver illegal or controlled substances, weapons, live animals or hazardous materials.
Enter the pickup and drop-off addresses, tell us what we're carrying and confirm the fare shown on screen. A nearby rider collects the item and delivers it to the recipient, and you can follow the order's status from My Orders.
Browse shops near you, add items to your cart and check out. The shop prepares your order and a Courii rider brings it to your door. You only order from one shop per cart, so the rider can make a single trip.
Most orders are delivered the same day. Delivery time depends on the distance, traffic and, for Shop & Deliver, how long the shop needs to prepare your order. Some items are marked for pre-order and are delivered once the shop has them ready.
The delivery fee is based on the distance between the pickup point and your drop-off address. You always see the full fare before you place your order, so there are no surprises. Look out for promo codes that reduce or waive the fee.
You can pay with M-Pesa or a debit/credit card through our secure payment partner IntaSend, or with your Courii Wallet balance.
Sign in, open Transactions and choose to reload your wallet. You'll be redirected to a secure payment page to pay by M-Pesa or card, and the balance is added to your wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Yes. We regularly run promotions and share promo codes, especially during festive seasons. Enter your code at checkout to apply the discount, and follow us on social media so you don't miss the next one.
Open My Orders on the website or in the Courii app to see the current status of every order, from the moment it's placed until it's delivered.
Courii operates 24/7, 365 days a year. For Shop & Deliver, each shop sets its own opening hours, so only shops that are currently open will accept your order.
Yes. The Courii app is available on the Google Play Store for Android and the App Store for iPhone. You can use the same account on the app and the website.
